Frequently asked questions

Is an eBay Store worth it?

It depends on your listing count, sales volume, average price and category. Enter yours above — if the subscription is more than covered by lower final value fees and avoided insertion fees, the upgrade pays off.

Which eBay Store should I choose?

The cheapest tier for your inputs is highlighted in the decision block. Volume sellers usually land on Basic or Premium; very large inventories on Anchor or Enterprise.

When should I upgrade from Basic to Premium?

Basic and Premium share the same store final value fee rates, so the upgrade only pays off through the bigger listing allowance (1,000 vs 10,000 free fixed-price listings, plus the select-category allowance). If you list within Basic's allowance, Premium never wins on fees alone.

Does a Starter Store reduce fees?

No. Starter pays the same final value fee rates as sellers without a Store — its only levers are the insertion fee and the same listing allowance.

Is the yearly plan cheaper than month-to-month?

Yes — the yearly plan bills less per month (Basic $21.95 vs $27.95, Premium $59.95 vs $74.95). Enterprise is yearly-plan only. Toggle billing above to compare.
